oscar staehelin

Oscar is a twenty-seventeen graduate of Fine Art Sculpture and Combined Media in Limerick School of Art and Design. Since graduating, he co-founded spacecraft Artists’ Studios.

Within his practice Oscar is concerned with space, place and production. Using processes of remediation and taking formal cues from digital media, he constructs liminal spaces. These spaces are intended to provoke a sense of cultural ambiguity and provide scope for a reconstitution of ideological relations.
